In this painting, Meredith combines aspects of two significant Dreaming stories. She depicts elements of the famous Kungkakarangkalpa Tjukurpa, Seven Sisters Dreaming, a songline that intersects the entire continent and has many different versions across a variety of Aboriginal language groups. Meredith paints a part of the story that crosses her ancestral country in the APY Lands, where the sisters are walking across the arid land, trying to escape the pursuing man, Nyriu. The roundels on the canvas represent the waterholes and rock-holes where the sisters camped and the overlay of finely dotted winding lines are the paths walked by the women She also paints another songline from her country in this artwork, the Ngintaka story. This is a significant story about a lizard-man who stole a grinding stone and was subsequently pursued across country before meeting his fate. In this artwork, Meredith depicts the cave where Ngintaka and his wife, the Echidna, were on honeymoon. While on honeymoon, they indulged in a sweet treat found on eucalyptus leaves (a type of a chrysalis).
