How IT WORKS...
1.
Select an artwork or artist that speaks to you or that you feel connects to the tenets of your brand or business. We work directly with many of the artists that are displayed on our website, giving you the option to choose from an existing artwork, or to commission a piece to meet any specific requirements you may have.
2.
We will liaise with the artist on your behalf to establish licensing arrangements for exclusive rights to use the artwork in your Reconciliation Action Plan. You can also choose to purchase the original artwork to display in your office or place of business, or simply recieve the rights to the image.
3.
Once the necessary arrangements have been finalised, we can assist you process of designing your Reconciliation Action Plan and any other assets or paraphernalia you require - alternatively you can choose to design your RAP independently!

COMMISSIONS
-
Here at This is Aboriginal Art, we work directly with many of the artists featured on our website.
This Is Aboriginal Art Gallery & Studio is based in Mparntwe (Alice Springs), a major hub within the vastness of Central Australia. We work with artists local to Mparntwe and from a variety of remote communities, and understand the importance of self-determination in the way artists choose to work. Some artists prefer to work from home, others work at remote community art centres, and some choose to work at our on-site studio, or a combination of these. We liaise with artists so they can choose when and how they would like to paint.
We emphasise the importance of creative freedom and creative autonomy for all artists, while knowing that many of the artists we work with are happy to accept commission requests and work to certain specifications! So, if you like a particular artist, but you're looking for a particular size or colour palette, or working within a certain budget - get in touch with us! We are happy to liase with artists to help you find the right piece to suit your home or business space.
