is the daughter of Samson Japaljarri Martin, one of the founding members of
Warlukurlangu Artists, and Uni Nampijinpa Martin, also a renowned artist. She
is the older sister of Andrea Nungarrayi Martin a renowned artists and
Warlukurlangu worker. Glorine grew up at Wakurlpa Outstation, north-west of
Yuendumu. Glorine’s painting style is
one of precision and symmetry. She is a proud
painter and Warlpiri woman.
