tomatoes. Bush tomatoes are a native source of sustenance, vitamin C and
antioxidants. The shrub that is endemic to the vast central desert regions and
are easily recognizable by their pale silver-green leaves and purple
star-shaped flowers. Not only are they an important food source, the roots of
the bush tomato plant are also used for medicinal purposes. Amelia also depicts aspects of Kungkakarrangkalpa
Tjukurrpa (Seven Sisters Dreaming) in her paintings, the significant
Dreaming story that intersects with a bush tomato story from Amelia's ancestral country. There is a special rocky
